Financial Analyst

We're looking for a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Nundah. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond the numbers, turning financial data into meaningful insights and partnering with stakeholders to support better business decisions. You'll work closely with experienced finance professionals and stakeholders across the organisation, gaining broad exposure to financial planning, reporting, analysis and commercial projects within a growing national business What you'll do Prepare financial reporting, analysis and insights for key stakeholders and leadership. Support month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Maintain reporting systems including PBCS and Monthly Board Reporting. Analyse trends, variances and business performance to identify opportunities and risks. Support statutory reporting, cash flow, CapEx forecasting and centre incentive calculations. Partner with the FP&A team on ad hoc analysis, reporting and commercial projects that support business performance and strategic priorities. What you'll bring A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, and alignment to our Busy Bees values. 2-3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst or similar corporate finance role. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or related discipline. Experience with enterprise ERP systems - NetSuite experience highly regarded. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Power BI, Tableau or similar experience highly regarded.
