About the role As Client Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — managing enquiries, processing lending and insurance queries, and building relationships that last. You'll take ownership of the client journey end-to-end, while also keeping our administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, juggling priorities, and genuinely making a client's day easier.
