Client Manager

About the role As Client Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — managing enquiries, processing lending and insurance queries, and building relationships that last. You'll take ownership of the client journey end-to-end, while also keeping our administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, juggling priorities, and genuinely making a client's day easier. Key responsibilities Managing customer relationships end-to-end, from first enquiry through to ongoing support Handling customer queries via phone and email, including lending and insurance matters Following up promptly on leads and new customers Processing client-related admin accurately and on time Maintaining our customer database Answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting the wider team with enquiries Assisting with project-based work as needed Bringing ideas to the table to help improve processes and efficiency About you Excellent verbal and written communication skills A genuine customer service ethos Strong attention to detail and time management Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite Prior experience in an admin or client support role A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who can think on their feet with minimal instruction About us Orange Network has spent the last 16 years helping Kiwis take the stress out of securing finance — from first home buyers and property investors to business owners navigating mortgages, insurance, KiwiSaver, and commercial lending.
