More information can be found on their website www.luisettiseeds.co.nz The Role Reporting to the Managing Director and being a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have responsibility for all activities in the financial management, business reporting, IT functions, payroll and cashflow of Luisetti Seeds. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing strategic insights on financial performance through robust and accurate analysis. A key focus of this role will be systems and process leadership to ensure opportunities across the business are maximised with a strong focus on innovation and automation. Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will ideally be CA Qualified with proven commercial leadership experience and an ability to bring numbers alive, allowing the business to make informed strategic decisions. You will have strong financial and accounting management capability, ideally in a manufacturing environment, along with a continuous improvement mindset to drive innovation and automation by leveraging technology and systems. In addition, you will have excellent communication, people leadership and negotiation skills, be a strong decision maker and comfortable taking a ‘hands on’ approach. Previous primary sector experience and exposure to working in a family business environment would be advantageous.
