This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the overall success of the Asset Management business unit. If you are passionate about driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams, this role could be the perfect fit for you. What you'll be doing Leading and mentoring a team to successfully deliver projects, meet commitments and achieve business goals. Keeping projects on track, on budget, and delivered to a high standard. Managing budgets, forecasting and overall financial performance for the region. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers. Looking for new opportunities and helping grow our presence across Waikato. Ensuring safety, quality and sustainability remain at the heart of how we work. Working closely with the wider business to improve systems, processes and outcomes. What you'll bring A background in construction, project management, quantity surveying, or a related field. Proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for developing people. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and project financials. The confidence to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. Sound knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery. The ability to juggle priorities, solve problems and make good decisions. A full New Zealand driver's licence.
