Lead Repair Coordinator

This Lead Repair Coordinator role is a key position within the business, responsible for overseeing the coordination of insurance repair projects while supporting the wider team to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high standard. As a Lead Repair Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing repair coordination workflows, mentoring and supporting coordinators, improving processes, and acting as a key point of contact between supervisors, project managers, trades, insurers and homeowners. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of repair coordinators, providing guidance and support across daily workflows Oversee the coordination of multiple insurance repair projects from initial approval through to completion Manage job allocation, scheduling, work orders and project priorities Monitor project timelines, KPIs and workflow performance Handle escalations and resolve issues to maintain strong customer outcomes Review documentation, compliance requirements and project records for accuracy Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiencies and team performance Assist with training and development of junior coordinators About You: Extensive experience in repair coordination, insurance repairs, claims management or construction administration Strong understanding of insurance building workflows and repair processes Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing a team is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Offer: $80k - $95k + Super (dependent on experience) Great working environment with flexible hours Opportunity to take ownership of a key role within the business Genuine career progression opportunities If you’re an experienced Repair Coordinator, Claims Manager, or Senior Project Coordinator looking for the next step in your career and have a strong understanding of insurance repair workflows, we’d love to hear from you.
