Site Managers - Commercial Interiors & Commercial Seismic Strengthening Projects Location: Christchurch, New Zealand Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months) Our client is a well-established, family-owned construction company with a strong reputation across the South Island for delivering high-quality commercial builds. With decades of experience and a hands-on, values-driven approach to every project, they've built a name for reliability, craftsmanship, and strong client relationships. As they continue to grow, they're looking to add two experienced Site Managers to their team. These are two distinct opportunities on separate projects: one leading a Commercial Interior Fit-Out project, and the other overseeing a Seismic Strengthening Commercial Construction project. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality work, maintaining strong site safety standards, and keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you. About the Roles Commercial Interiors Site Manager You'll be responsible for managing an interior fit-out project from the fit-out phase through to completion and handover. With the project already established, you'll step in to lead the interior works, coordinating subcontractors, clients, and project teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. Seismic Strengthening Commercial Site Manager This role will oversee a seismic strengthening project on a commercial building, leading Phase One of the works with the potential for future stages to follow. You'll coordinate trades, manage programme delivery, ensure all compliance requirements are met, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project.
