Three Sixty Limited Join a market-leading, privately owned creative design and manufacturing business where finance is close to the action. We are looking for a hands-on Company Accountant to take ownership of day-to-day accounting, provide meaningful reporting insights, and support the continued growth of a dynamic New Zealand-based group. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will hold a key role within the organisation. This role is supported by our New Zealand and Australian external accountants. In this varied role, you will take ownership of the core finance function, including: Bank processing and reconciliations Responsible for job costing system and raising invoices Oversee accounts payable administrator (part time) Ensuring that timely and accurate monthly reports are prepared for two entities in the Group Tax compliance Accounts receivable management Managing fixed assets register Back up and support for payroll function Cashflow management Providing analysis of financial results and highlighting areas for improvement We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded person who enjoys taking ownership and working directly with management. The successful applicant will have the following: Bachelor of accounting/commerce degree Minimum of 5 years full time New Zealand experience, in either a commercial or chartered accountancy environment Attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong excel and systems skills Experience with MYOB and Ostendo and a CA qualification is an advantage.
