Marketing & Reception Assistant (Part-Time) Sunshine Coast Hinterland (Verrierdale) and Gympie We are seeking a self motivated team member who enjoys working with people, is naturally organised and has a good eye for detail. You are a team player who can work independently, has a good understanding of, and interest in using your social media and marketing knowledge to assist us in growing our online presence and business, and you would like a varied role in a friendly allied health clinic. You have an interest in health and wellness and a friendly demeanour with a ‘can do’ attitude. At the Verrierdale location this position has a focus on marketing, using email campaigns and increasing our social media presence, creating google and Facebook ads, while manning reception (minimal phone enquiries as the bulk of these are directed to our main clinic in Gympie). Some administration and basic cleaning is also required. At the Gympie location the role swings more in the direction of reception and front desk duties. The position is approximately 16hrs a week over 2 days with the potential to do a 3rd day in the future. Us - we are an allied health clinic of primarily Osteopaths, however we are expanding into other modalities which currently include TCM, Naturopathy, Massage and Kinesiology. We have a friendly and open team culture. The Verrierdale clinic is located in a bush setting with a beautiful relaxed feel. Our Verrierdale clinic operates a maximum of 2 rooms and is surrounded by trees, birds and the occasional visit from our resident puppy dog, Bandito. The Gympie clinic is a stand alone commercial building operating 5 days a week with an easy walk to the main street. We have a large following of local, regular clientele and we are looking to expand our reach, having increased the number of practitioners we have. Your role Reception duties Greeting patients and making them feel welcome. Some answering of phone and email enquiries. Managing appointments and practitioner schedules. Processing payments and private health claims. General administration. Tidying and basic cleaning. Marketing, including: Managing Google and Facebook advertising campaigns. Analysing analytics and making improvements. Updating website content when required. Creating email and SMS campaigns for existing patients. Scheduling social media content. Creating leads through other marketing activities and actively assisting with growing the business. Making lead pages Managing content creation from practitioners and chasing up content from them if it has not been received. About you We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys being part of a small team. You'll be comfortable talking with people from all walks of life, able to juggle a range of tasks and happy to use your initiative when needed. You will need: Reception, administration or customer service skills. Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to learn how the use practice management software Experience with: Google Ads. Facebook and Instagram advertising. Google/Fb/email campaign Analytics. Email/ SMS marketing. Canva or similar design software. What we can offer A fun, supportive, friendly team environment. An evolving role.
