Working as the primary link between our customers and operations team, you will have a welcoming presence and strive to ensure customer needs are met to a high standard. The role encompasses dispatch, booking jobs, updating customer details, and escalating any concerns. No two days are the same in this role, and things move quickly — so we are looking for someone who can adapt, stay calm under pressure, and confidently reprioritise as business needs change. We are looking for someone who has: Resilience and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Proven customer service experience, working collaboratively with our Drivers, Managers and your team to always deliver outstanding service. Intermediate Excel skills and confidence learning and using new systems. Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
