Turf Technologies is a leading turf and lawn management company based in Christchurch, delivering high-quality turf solutions across residential, commercial, and sports environments. We pride ourselves on innovation, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to turf care. We are looking for a motivated and reliable, qualified Greenkeeper to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of turf quality, ensuring lush, healthy lawns and playing surfaces across a range of client sites and supervising junior staff members. Responsibilities: Mowing, edging, fertilising, and irrigating turf areas Identifying and treating turf diseases and pests Operate and maintain specialised turf equipment, ensuring safe and efficient performance Completing turf renovations, re-seeding, and laying new lawns Liaise with clients and team members to deliver exceptional turf care and service Supervising Junior Staff About You: Experience in greenkeeping, sports turf management, landscaping, or a related field preferred Knowledge of turf management practices, including machinery operation and maintenance Grow Safe qualification and spraying experience is required A positive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Full NZ Driver’s License required (Class 1) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Company vehicle for work purposes Full-time, year-round work with variety and progression A supportive team environment and ongoing training Opportunity to work on prestigious projects and sports venues Typical work hours are 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with the possibility of up to 60 hours per week during peak season.
