AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We aim to raise the standards within the Mechanical Building Service Industry. Skills and Experience - Maintenance Technician. You will need to have the following: Proven work experience in a HVAC Service and Maintenance environment. Have excellent oral and written English. Ability to multitask and prioritise. To be computer and tech savvy. Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment. Must work to high standards and take pride in their work and appearance Hold a full current driver’s license Skills and Experience - Service Technician. You will need to have the following: To be part of this team you will need (but not limited to): NZ qualified refrigeration and air conditioning. Experience in Mechanical Building Service systems. Hold a current EST license, current refrigerant filler certificate, full current NZ driver’s license, hold a current site safe license. Be able to accurately diagnose faults and carry out repairs. Willingness to mentor and train apprentices. Ability to help price and estimate repair work. Produce equipment survey reports, and dilapidation reports. Have excellent oral and written English. Ability to multitask and prioritise. To be computer literate and Tech Savvy. Ability to work autonomously with the support of a team environment. Must work to high standards and take pride in their work and appearance. Be available for the on-call roster. IQP certification an advantage.
