The Position Purpose of the Role The Marketing Value Partner – Disease Management plays a pivotal role in driving Roche Diagnostics Thailand (RDT) goals by developing and executing comprehensive disease management strategies across our diagnostics portfolio in Thailand. This role bridges clinical insights, customer needs, market trends, and policy dynamics to translate diagnostic solutions into actionable commercial success. Working cross-functionally within the Marketing Excellence Team and leading dedicated Disease Squads, you will drive marketing initiatives, engage key ecosystem stakeholders, and upskill commercial teams to elevate product value in the healthcare market. Key Accountabilities 1. Strategic Development & Execution Strategy & Value Translation: Formulate and execute disease management strategies aligned with commercial goals, leveraging deep clinical insights to translate medical value into market strategy. Localization & Portfolio Alignment: Synthesize Global/APAC disease portfolio priorities, pharmaceutical partnerships, local market insights, and policy environments into coherent local strategies. Market Mapping: Oversee Disease Portfolio Strategies, customer segmentation, stakeholder mapping, patient journey analysis, Diagnostics Solutions Value Propositions, and commercial business planning. Strategic Insights: Continuous monitoring of market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making. 2. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Squad Leadership: Lead and empower cross-functional Disease Squad Teams (comprising Market Access, MSA, Account Value Partners, Digital leads, and other relevant functions). Matrix Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing Excellence Team, Market Access, MSA, and APAC Clinical Value Streams to build cohesive, impactful commercial strategies. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem Partnerships Relationship Management: Cultivate robust, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, scientific institutions, pharma partners, and government agencies. Representation: Act as the primary ambassador for the Disease Management Sub-Chapter across internal forums and external industry events. 4. Operational Excellence & Commercial Enablement Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous evolution of disease management programs. Data-Driven Execution: Leverage business tools, analytics, and metrics to optimize tactical rollouts and ensure maximum initiative ROI. Sales Capability Building: Design and deliver tailored training programs to enhance sales competencies, disease-specific knowledge, and value-selling skills. Campaign Support: Support targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase product footprint. 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all subchapter activities strictly comply with Thai legislation, industry standards, Roche divisional policies, and quality guidelines. Governance: Foster a strong culture of compliance, integrity, and continuous process improvement across all operational workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Track Record Industry Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in the diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. Market Knowledge: Practical understanding of the Thai healthcare system and market landscape (APAC regional experience is a plus). Execution: Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives or marketing tactics. Capability Profile Expectation Strategic Thinking Ability to analyze complex market dynamics and translate strategy into operational action. Cross-Functional Leadership Proven ability to influence, align, and lead in a matrix organization without direct authority. Analytical Acumen Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make tactical adjustments and track ROI.
