Achievers is expanding into an exciting new business focused on Mathematics, Science, Computing and Economics Olympiads. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven General Manager (Olympic Competitions) to lead this new division from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build a business, develop a high performing team, and shape the future of academic competition education in Hong Kong. About the Role As the General Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our new Olympic Competitions Division under the Achievers Group. You will work closely with senior management to develop the business strategy, recruit the team, design programmes, build partnerships, and drive long term growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead the strategic planning and operations of the Olympic Competitions Division • Develop business strategies, annual plans and growth initiatives • Build and manage a high performing academic and operations team • Design training programmes for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computing, Economics and other international competitions • Recruit and manage tutors, coaches and academic mentors • Build partnerships with schools, universities and educational organisations • Oversee student recruitment, marketing and brand development • Monitor business performance, budgets and key KPIs • Ensure excellent student outcomes and service quality Competitions Include • AMC / AIME • UKMT • HKMO / HKIMO • BPhO • USABO • USNCO • IChO • Bebras • CCC • iGEM • Other international academic competitions Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above • 5+ years of management, education or business development experience preferred • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a new business from scratch • Passion for education and talent development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in tutoring, Olympiads or international education is an advantage What We Offer • Opportunity to lead a brand new business within the Achievers Group • Significant autonomy and ownership • Clear career progression into senior leadership • Competitive salary with performance incentives • Opportunity to build and lead your own team • Dynamic, ambitious and fast growing working environment If you are passionate about education, leadership and building something meaningful from the ground up, we would love to hear from you.
