Achievers is launching a new Olympic Competitions Division dedicated to preparing high school students for prestigious international Mathematics, Science, Computing and Economics competitions. We are looking for passionate and exceptional educators to join our founding team. If you enjoy teaching beyond the school curriculum, solving challenging problems, and mentoring high achieving students, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As a Full Time Olympic Competitions Tutor, you will coach talented students for international academic competitions while helping us develop new courses, teaching materials and training programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the founding members of a fast growing division within the Achievers Group. Subjects We are recruiting tutors across one or more of the following areas: • Mathematics • Physics • Chemistry • Biology • Computing • Economics Competition Experience Preferred • AMC / AIME • UKMT • HKMO / HKIMO • BPhO • USABO • USNCO • IChO • Bebras • CCC • iGEM • Other international academic competitions Key Responsibilities • Deliver high quality one to one and small group Olympiad coaching • Develop competition training materials and curriculum • Mentor students preparing for national and international competitions • Track student progress and provide academic guidance • Contribute to programme development and new course creation • Work closely with the management team to grow the Olympic Competitions Division Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline • Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge • Passion for teaching gifted and high achieving students • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Experience in Olympiads, academic competitions or advanced problem solving is highly preferred • Fresh graduates with outstanding competition achievements are also welcome What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance bonus • Opportunity to specialise in Olympiad and advanced academic coaching • Work alongside a team of exceptional educators • Continuous professional development • Clear career progression into Academic Lead or Programme Manager • Opportunity to shape a brand new business from its launch
