Branch Manager – Hairology Malaysia Join Malaysia's Fast-Growing Premium Scalp Wellness Brand Hairology is an international premium scalp wellness brand from China, bringing advanced scalp health and hair restoration solutions to Malaysia. Following the successful opening of our first outlet at Pavilion Bukit Jalil , we are expanding rapidly with upcoming outlets at Sunway Velocity , Desa ParkCity , and Bangsar South . We are looking for passionate, energetic and results-driven leaders to grow together with us as we build Malaysia's leading scalp wellness brand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform professional scalp analysis and scalp wellness assessments using specialized equipment. • Deliver premium scalp therapy, head spa and wellness treatments according to company SOP. • Apply scalp treatment products, hair growth serums and wellness solutions as prescribed. • Educate customers on scalp health, hair care routines and post-treatment maintenance. • Monitor customers' treatment progress and maintain accurate treatment records. • Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained. • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service. • Support consultants and outlet management in delivering excellent customer experiences. • Attend training programs conducted by local management and China HQ. • Participate in promotional events, roadshows and customer engagement activities when required. • Perform any other duties assigned by management. Other Responsibilities Prepare operational reports and business updates for management. Perform any other duties assigned by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma or equivalent. • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and China HQ trainers. • Ability to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin will be an added advantage. • Experience in scalp care, beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, spa or salon industries is preferred. • Candidates with working experience from Johnson Protein, HairDoc, OneDoc, Svenson, Yun Nam Hair Care, Dr. Scalp or similar hair restoration centres will be highly preferred. • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer service-oriented with a positive learning attitude. • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
