Develop comprehensive documentation for SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and Corporate Internet services. 2. Provide creative input and technical expertise to enhance Solution product development. 3. Research customer needs and market trends to align product offerings effectively. 4. Work effectively in a flexible and dynamic team environment. 5. Prepare reports, documentation, and proposals related to product development. 6. Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations and analyses. 7. Deliver technical, marketing, and sales-focused presentations to stakeholders. 8. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches. 1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields. 2. Solid understanding of products and services (e.g., SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Corporate Internet). 3. Ability to think creatively to solve problems and meet customer needs. 4. Knowledge of Service industry trends and customer behavior. 5. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within diverse teams. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English. 7. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing data. 8. Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences, including technical and sales teams. 9. Experience in developing go-to-market plans and pricing models.
