Responsibility: Write a practical SOP for testing and promoting new features through Stage and Production. Test services and submit a report with defects, severity, reproduction steps, and recommended actions. Design performance or percentile-response-time monitoring and explain bottlenecks and trade-offs. Analyse logs, metrics, traces, and service behavior to identify root causes before users are affected. Work with developers and DevOps on regression, release, security, and reliability improvements. Explain how testing and operational evidence support strong SLA outcomes and safe HFT-adjacent integrations. Qualifications: Pass the English pre-filter under Section 3. TOEIC 550 or higher is the primary reference; accepted alternatives and expired scores are allowed. 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, including 3+ years in software quality testing. Demonstrated ability to write test scripts in at least two of Python, Rust, and TypeScript. Fewer than two does not pass screening. Experience with manual testing, test design, defect reporting, and test automation basics. Ability to reason about availability, latency, error rate, observability, and recovery. Clear written communication and the ability to explain results to non-QA stakeholders. Preferred qualifications : Performance / load testing with k6, Locust, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalent. Kubernetes / EKS, CI/CD, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or security testing. Exchange, broker, fintech, or low-latency backend experience.
