Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR solutions that enable business growth and efficiency. Offer advice on policies, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions, succession planning, and training initiatives. Support organizational changes, restructuring, and transformation initiatives by facilitating smooth transitions and managing change processes. Help analyze HR metrics and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Manage employee exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data for insights. Act as one of the points of contact for labor union negotiations and communications. Oversee employee rewards programs, promotions, succession planning, and support leadership development.
