Digital Marketing Specialist We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate qualified leads, and support customer acquisition across digital channels in the fintech industry. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels . Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to support business growth and customer acquisition. Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging, relevant, and consistent content. Create and coordinate content for the website, blog, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and developments in the fintech and financial services industry. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries . Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads . Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and performance marketing. Experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content. Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions. Basic graphic design or content creation skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools . Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Professional proficiency in English.
