Job Description: The Sales Coordinator acts as an important role as back-office support for the Sales Team. This is done by processing orders into the SAP system by generating Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) for suppliers. The Sales Team will communicate and hand-over the information required to be processed in the system. After the SO and PO is generated the Sales Coordinator will communicate further with other internal stakeholders such as the Warehouse Operations team for the execution and Logistics team for the import. The tracking of SO’s and making sure the committed delivery dates are kept is another responsibility. We are looking for an ambitious hard-working person who is willing to learn and has a liking of trading. Successful candidates will be able to grow within the company with the next step being an Internal Sales Executive which can be achieved within 2-3 years. Responsibilities / Main Tasks: Process orders into the company ERP system (SAP) Generate documentation such as sales orders and purchase orders from SAP Cross check internal generated documentation with the documentation from the customer Assist and prepare in other internal documentation such as creating new customer form Support with preparing quotations and assisting with commercial documentation Monitor and make sure of on-time delivery of orders Act as after-sales contact for the internal stakeholders in case of an issue after delivery Communicate with internal stakeholders by phone and email General administrative tasks Generic Job Requirements/Competencies: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing or other relevant field 2-3 years relevant experience in Sales or Commercial supporting administrative position.
