Highgate International School Thailand is a premium international school located in the beautiful province of Chonburi, it will cater for students between the ages of 2 and 18. Operated in partnership with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, staff enjoy access to a wide range of world-class facilities, to include a full-sized FIFA approved football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seater auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building and a Library and Digital Media Centre. They draw upon a rich academic heritage spanning over 460 years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The DEPUTY HEAD OF MARKETING will: Support the development and delivery of a fully segmented and data-driven marketing plan, designed to ensure the efficient utilisation of an assigned budget, in reference to enrolment expectations Source and utilise external partnerships and service providers for the effective running of the marketing function Act as a brand ambassador and lead on the promotion, protection and upkeep of the school brand, across all channels Oversee a broad and engaging programme of promotional events, to include the hosting of Open Days, that caters for both enrolled and prospective parents Oversee the running and update of the school website Oversee the school social media accounts and plan for the development and promotion of material likely to engage Coordinate with the Admissions team, adapting campaign content accordingly Deliver written and verbal summary reports KEY CHARACTERISTICS The DEPUTY HEAD OF MARKETING will: Be creative, imaginative, resourceful, responsive and solution-oriented Be ambitious, highly organised and adept at prioritising tasks Thrive within a fast-paced work environment Possess excellent communication and storytelling skills Be capable of engaging both Thai and international audiences Work well with others QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE The DEPUTY HEAD OF MARKETING will: Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Have at least 3 years’ of experience within a marketing department responsible for the promotion within the premium services sector Have experience of budget management and segmented planning Possess both technical proficiency and an understanding of event management Be fluent in English, with Thai language skills strongly preferred SAFEGUARDING & INCLUSION Highgate International School Thailand is committed to the protection of children and the promotion of diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging.
