Ten bright photos, a wide shot of the pool, "luxury villa for sale." Scroll, scroll, gone. We think a listing can feel like a short film. A slow reveal through the front door. An owner telling the story of the garden they planted. Movement cut to the music, color that matches the mood of the house. The kind of content that makes someone stop scrolling and think, I want to see this place. That's the job. We're hiring the person who'll create it. What the work actually looks like You'll go out to properties — houses, condos, villas, land — sometimes with an agent, sometimes with the Director. You shoot stills and video, including aerials. Back at the office you edit, build the listing so it looks its best on our website and channels, and produce content for our social media. For our premium exclusive listings, you'll go further: cinematic property films, owner interviews with a documentary feel, signage and special marketing that gets a property noticed. Speed matters as much as beauty here. A gorgeous edit that takes two weeks helps nobody. You'll develop a rhythm: shoot, edit, publish, next. You're probably our person if… People can tell your work apart from everyone else's. You have taste, and it shows. You already shoot and edit at a professional level. Real estate, architecture, or interiors experience is a big plus. You can fly a drone with confidence. This one is required, not optional. You understand pacing, music, and story, not just exposure and sharpness. You're restless about your craft. New techniques, new tools (yes, including AI), new styles — you try them before anyone tells you to, and you turn what works into a repeatable way of working. You hit deadlines without being chased. You're happy to pitch in outside your lane now and then — we're a small team building something, and everyone helps where it's needed. FPV flying is a separate skill and not required, but if you can do those fly-through-the-house shots — or own an FPV rig — tell us. We love that style and may add it. Equipment: we provide a professional drone. Have your own camera gear? Tell us about it in your application — we'd love to know what you shoot with. And probably not if… You shoot on auto and fix it in presets. Your portfolio is other people's style, competently copied. You need a brief for every single shot. We want an eye, not just a pair of hands. How we'll choose Your portfolio does the talking — include it with your application. Shortlisted candidates get invited to a paid test shoot at a real property, because talent shows better than it tells. Pay and practical bits Pay: 18,000–20,000 THB/month depending on experience and portfolio — plus a performance bonus tied to how the company does. And here's the thing: your work is what makes the company do well. Listings that look better sell faster, and when they do, you share in it. Strong quarters put real money on top of your salary. If you've been freelancing: this is steady income, a bonus upside, consistent creative work, and gear provided — without chasing clients, quoting jobs, or waiting on invoices.
