Director of HR and Corporate Services (100% Onsite)

The Director of HR and Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Human Resources, Administration, Information Technology, Procurement, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems . This role ensures that corporate services are aligned with organizational goals, driving efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement while supporting business growth. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Human Resources Leadership Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor regulations. Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership coaching programs. Implement HR analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance workforce planning and performance management. Corporate Services & Administration Manage administrative and facility operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Oversee general services including fleet management, travel booking, warehouse, security, and office services. Develop cost-efficient systems and policies to optimize corporate support functions. Information Technology & Data Security Provide strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Ensure business continuity planning (BCP), cybersecurity, and system automation to support operational efficiency. Lead IT innovation projects, including AI and analytics integration. Procurement & Vendor Management Direct procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and contract management to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. Ensure transparent and compliant procurement processes aligned with corporate governance. Safety, Quality & Environmental Compliance Oversee ISO-certified Quality and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 & 14001). Ensure compliance with DENR, LLDA, DOLE, and PEZA requirements. Promote a culture of health, safety, and sustainability across the organization. Executive Partnership Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership to align corporate services with strategic business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational transformation, change management, and corporate governance. 📚 Qualifications Graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Capital Management, or related field ; MBA preferred. 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, Corporate Services, IT, Procurement, and Environmental Compliance . Proven track record in organizational transformation, HR analytics, ISO systems, and corporate governance . Strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in multinational, unionized, and highly regulated industries is an advantage.
