Job Responsibilities 工作職責 Implement the designs and plans according to visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image. 根據公司視覺陳列指引，制定及執行店舖陳列方案，提升品牌形象。 Work closely with in-store sales staff to develop their understanding of product presentation and ensure compliance with the company's visual merchandising guidelines. 與店舖銷售團隊緊密合作，提升團隊對商品陳列的理解，確保各店符合公司的視覺陳列標準。 Conduct store visits and periodically update in-store displays to enhance the visual presentation of apparel and accessories, thereby driving sales. 定期巡視店舖，按季節、產品及推廣活動調整店內陳列，提升商品展示效果及促進銷售。 Liaise with both external and internal parties, including contractors/vendors, HQ, marketing and sales teams. 與內部及外部單位保持良好溝通，包括承辦商／供應商、總部、市場推廣部及銷售團隊。 Support graphic and content design, and develop artwork for various marketing materials. 協助設計及製作各類市場推廣物料，包括平面設計及宣傳內容。 Support the application and coordination of marketing materials. 協助申請及安排相關市場推廣物料。 Support shop openings, renovations and in-store marketing events. 支援新店開業、店舖翻新及店內市場推廣活動。 Job Requirements 職位要求 Retail or fast fashion industry background; experience in Hong Kong fashion retail, fast fashion, or children's/baby apparel brands will be an advantage. 具零售或快速時尚行業背景；具香港服裝零售、快速時尚或童裝／嬰幼兒服裝品牌工作經驗者優先考慮。 Minimum 2 years' experience in Visual Merchandising (VM). 具兩年或以上視覺陳列相關工作經驗。 Great sense for fashion and visual merchandising displays. 對時尚潮流及商品陳列具敏銳觸覺。 A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. 主動積極，具良好的溝通能力及團隊合作精神。 Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 能在壓力下工作，並能同時處理多項工作。 Detail-minded with good analytical and organizational skills. 細心、有條理，具良好的分析及組織能力。 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. 熟悉 Microsoft Office、Adobe Illustrator 及 Adobe Photoshop。 Fluent in Cantonese is mandatory. Mandarin and English proficiency will be an advantage. 必須能流利使用廣東話；懂普通話及英文者優先考慮。
