Manage and maintain HRIS data accuracy, system configurations, and workflow settings. Support employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, movement, promotion, transfer, and separation processes within the HRIS. Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders for resolution. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. Gather business requirements from HR and business users and translate them into system requirements. Participate in HRIS implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality before release. Support HR digitalization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Ensure employee master data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across HR systems. Perform regular audits and data validation exercises. Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation activities for system enhancement projects. Conduct system training and knowledge-sharing sessions for HR users, managers, and employees. Prepare user guides, process documentation, and SOPs. Provide first-level support for HRIS-related enquiries. Drive user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, System Support, Business Analyst, HR Operations Technology, or related roles. Experience supporting HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, Rymnet, BrioHR, or similar HR platforms is an added advantage. Understanding of HR processes including Recruitment, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance Management, and Employee Lifecycle. Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with high data accuracy. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Continuous learning mindset and passion for technology-driven process improvement. Willing to commute to Bukit Raja, Klang .
