Position: General manager (Restaurant) Location: Central Chiang Mai Working day: 6 days Working Salary: Up to 35K JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff Manage inventory, stock receiving, and coordination with headquarters Handle cash reconciliation, sales reporting, and performance monitoring Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Drive sales performance and enhance customer experience Identify and implement operational improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards Candidate Requirements Bachelo's degree in any fields Over 1 years as General Manager in Food and Beverage, Retail or Services Industries Fluent in English, both spoken and written Proven management experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Service industries Strong leadership and team development skills Able to prepare reports, manage inventory, and oversee basic financial operations Comfortable using tablets and digital systems for daily store operations such as POS system *All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
