Senior GTM Officer

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior GTM Officer to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and ensure successful product launches. This role will play a key part in aligning product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities with business objectives, while fostering collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights across regions Support all report generation and system data input to ensure data accuracy and operational continuity Product Forecasting & Performance Management Responsible for new and existing product forecasting, and performance management processes across regions Multi-Dimensional Business Analysis Analyze sales, inventory, product, channel, customer, and market performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth drivers Profitability & Resource Optimization Evaluate business performance, profitability, inventory productivity, and resource allocation effectiveness Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Brand, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams on business improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. 3–5 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or sales operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitive insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Experience in consumer electronics or technology industries is a plus.
