Duties/ Responsibilities: Provide high-level executive support to the CSO of Corporate Strategy, including complex calendar, meeting, and travel management. Act as a strategic liaison between the CSO and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Coordinate across Sales functions (TT/DSD, TT-Wholesales, HORECA, Sales Operations, Sales Support) to ensure execution against plans and timelines. Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and governance. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity and discretion. Develop and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials. Plan and coordinate executive meetings, events, and business engagements. Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects, including research, analysis, and insight generation. Required Skills & Competencies : Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels. Strong organizational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant business tools. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion. High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and responsiveness to changing priorities. Experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage . Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in executive support, business coordination, or strategic operations, preferably supporting senior leadership or C-level executives. Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and accountability. Strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive tasks through to completion under minimal supervision. High adaptability, with the ability to work across multiple locations and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. Experience in project coordination, business reporting, or supporting strategic initiatives is highly desirable. Exposure to Sales, Commercial, or Strategy functions will be an advantage. Be able to travel 7-14 days per month to support CSO operations.
