Responsibilities: Create and Deploy successful marketing events and campaigns Build strategic partnership Monitor the growth, development, function and reproduction of each brand (current and new) of The Caprioli Management Update and maintain restaurant websites’ contents and UX Manage social media accounts for all restaurants and retails shops Create all eDM newsletter contents and strategically target customer database Organize and execute digital and print marketing campaigns, collaborations, and promotions Control the Marketing budget and allocate / invest funds wisely Build & Maintain relationships with industry media & press, journalists, KOL, influencers, vendors Meet and collaborate with operations team to execute campaigns and promotions Guide and direct graphics team on all visual and branding designs Manage new openings or re-launches Monitor and research for competitors’/ industries’ activities, trends and happenings Requirements: Degree holder in Marketing or relevant business subjects 3-4 years relevant experience in marketing, experience in food & beverage operations will be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills; creative with excellent analytical skills Independent, result-oriented and details minded Good planning, marketing and promotional skills with ability of strategic analysis to maximize profitability and business development Familiar with Italian cuisine and food & beverage products Excellent command of written and spoken English We offer attractive remuneration and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
