Key Responsibilities 1.Manage and maintain the Executive's calendar, coordinating both internal and external meetings, appointments, and business engagements. 2.Review, organize, and manage key documents, reports, and materials requiring executive review and approval. 3.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and prepare comprehensive meeting materials and supporting documentation. 4.Record, summarize, and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring timely communication of action items to relevant teams. 5.Monitor the progress of executive-assigned tasks and prepare weekly status reports to support effective follow-up and decision-making. 6.Other administrative documents as required. Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related field 2.Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position. Experience working with a public listed company will be considered an advantage. 3.Good command of English with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 4.Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. 5.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Canva). 6.Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
