Job Purpose Manage the end-to-end procurement and bidding process — from document preparation and negotiation to contract execution — while coordinating with government agencies to ensure smooth import operations, timely delivery, and full regulatory compliance. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as reviewing and verifying government contracts is critical — even minor errors in wording or interpretation can result in significant financial or legal consequences. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit bidding documents in accordance with TOR requirements, including e-bidding submissions, price negotiations, and contract preparation Carefully review and verify sales contracts with government agencies, ensuring accuracy in terms, conditions, and specifications before proceeding with any commitment Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products meet contractual specifications before delivery Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary permits and extension letters, and coordinate with Shipping for import clearance and tax guarantee procedures Coordinate goods inspection with internal teams (Sales & Marketing, Warehouse, technical experts) and government clients to ensure 100% accuracy per contract Manage import tax exemption documentation, including Bank Warranty withdrawal and guarantee extension requests to Customs and government agencies Provide after-sales support: coordinate additional training, offer product/accessory advice, and handle repair requests Support procurement and vendor sourcing for the company's honey business and internal purchasing needs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or related field Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field High attention to detail and strong analytical skills — able to carefully review contracts and official documents to prevent misinterpretation or costly errors Strong service-minded attitude Careful, thorough, and precise in handling government-related documentation
