็Head of Branch Distribution (General Insurance)

We are seeking a visionary, results-driven, and field-oriented Head of Branch Distribution to lead our national general insurance branch network. In this C-suite/Senior Executive capacity, you will act as the core commercial engine of the company, taking full P&L and strategic ownership of our entire branch network, regional sales operations, and agency/intermediary distribution channels across Thailand. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Network Expansion: Develop and execute the national branch distribution strategy in alignment with corporate growth, market positioning, and profitability targets. Spearhead the branch network expansion roadmap, including new branch openings, format optimization, and deeper penetration into regional territories. Sales Performance & Revenue Management: Own and deliver the national Gross Written Premium (GWP) budget, new business targets, and renewal retention rates across all branches and general insurance product lines (Motor & Non-Motor). Drive rigorous sales pipeline management, performance tracking, and data-driven corrective actions for underperforming regions. Agency & Intermediary Development: Lead the strategic growth, recruitment, and tiering of our national agency force, independent agents, and regional broker partnerships. Design compelling incentive structures, agent value propositions, and professional development programs to maximize network productivity. Branch Operations & Service Excellence: Enforce strict operational governance, service standards, and compliance protocols across all branches (policy issuance, premium collection, and turnaround times). Ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration between branch networks and Head Office functions (Underwriting, Claims, IT, and Finance). People Leadership & Sales Culture: Lead, inspire, and mentor a large, geographically dispersed organization comprising Regional Sales Directors, Branch Managers, and sales professionals. Foster a high-performance, high-integrity sales culture rooted in ethical selling and treating customers fairly (TCF). Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong plus. Professional insurance certifications (e.g., ACII, FCII, CPCU, ANZIIF) are highly advantageous. Experience: Minimum 20+ years of progressive experience in general insurance or financial services sales , with at least 8–10 years in a senior executive leadership role managing large-scale branch networks and agency forces. Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently achieving national GWP targets, managing large P&Ls, and executing multi-channel distribution strategies. Industry Knowledge: Deep, comprehensive understanding of general insurance products (Motor, Property, PA, Health, Commercial Lines) and Thai insurance market dynamics / OIC regulations. Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both Thai and English.
