Job Summary We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand, supporting the local Destination Management Company (DMC) and the central Risk & Compliance department. This role is key in ensuring that Group policies and internal control frameworks are effectively implemented at local level, while identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and mitigate risks. As part of the Group’s international Risk & Compliance network, the analyst acts as a trusted partner to the local management team, collaborating across departments to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence. Main Responsibilities: Develop internal procedure manuals and coordinate the execution of the annual Internal Control Assessment. Support the local implementation of the Group’s risk and internal control framework. Design and implement new processes and assess existing ones to ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures and local regulations that significantly impact the organization. Monitor risk-based internal audits, follow up on corrective measures, and report critical issues and annual activities to the Risk & Compliance Senior Manager. Identify and evaluate business and compliance risks. Ensure the local implementation and compliance with Group policies, providing awareness sessions and guidance when required. Coordinate with the central Risk & Compliance team on reporting and Group initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance roles. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within an international company environment. Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Microsoft Office tools knowledge. Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Working Conditions: Based in Bangkok with potential travel to various company destinations throughout Asia.
