Interior Design (Co-Designer)

Working Conditions Location: Euro Creations, Thonglor Showroom 1 Position Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Job Overview: The Sales Coordinator (Co-Designer) will work closely with the sales team and design professionals to facilitate client interactions, assist in design proposals, and ensure a seamless sales process. This role is crucial for providing exceptional client service and supporting the design vision throughout various projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers to create compelling design proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Assist in developing layouts, material selections, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts. Maintain an organized library of design materials, samples, and documentation for easy access. Engage with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements. Provide design insights and recommendations during client meetings and presentations. Coordinate and schedule client consultations, site visits, and follow-up communications. Prepare and manage project documentation, including quotes, contracts, and design specifications. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner using relevant sales tools (e.g., CRM software). Collaborate with the sales team to track project progress and manage timelines. Assist in maintaining the showroom's visual presentation, ensuring it reflects current trends and product offerings. Organize and manage product samples and displays to enhance client engagement. Keep up-to-date with new products and design trends to inform clients and support the sales team. Qualifications: Experience in sales coordination, interior design, or a related field. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
