Company overview: A leading Japanese semiconductor manufacturer specializing in high-quality electronic components for the automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and home appliance industries. Location: BTS Phloen Chit Key Responsibilities Manage delivery schedules and sales forecasts with customers and regional teams. Coordinate with overseas offices and internal departments on order fulfillment. Negotiate pricing, cost, and profit-related matters with customers. Handle Product Change Notice (PCN) processes and customer evaluations. Support quality issue resolution with customers and internal teams. Drive sales process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives. Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers (over 90%). Travel for business when required (approximately 20%). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any related field. 3+ years of B2B Sales, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or Sales Administration experience. Business-level English (TOEIC 800+) or Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2+). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable with coordination and administrative tasks. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is an advantage but not required.
