Responsibilities 1. Hardware & Peripheral Management: Set up, repair, and maintain inventory for all hardware and peripherals. 2. Software & System Support: Install, troubleshoot, and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software; resolve access issues; and apply security patches. 3. Server, Network & CCTV Administration: Maintain servers, local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV configurations, while ensuring reliable backup and data recovery operations. 4. Helpdesk & End-User Global Support: Deliver comprehensive global support and guidance to end-users for various technical issues. Requirements Open to both experienced professionals in IT Support or Technical Support or enthusiastic fresh graduates. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, servers, and networks. Familiarity with CCTV systems is preferred. Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Good communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail; able to coordinate effectively with global teams.
