Develop and lead the annual trade campaign calendar aligned with business objectives and market trends. Define trade campaign strategies to drive sales, customer transactions, basket size, and profitable growth. Analyze customer, market, and commercial performance to identify business opportunities and optimize trade planning. Monitor campaign performance, evaluate business KPIs, and recommend data-driven improvements. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated trade campaigns across all Big C business formats. Present campaign strategies and business performance to senior leadership. Lead and develop the Trade Planning team to drive high-performance execution. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is an advantage. Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Category Management, Retail Marketing, or Commercial Strategy within retail or FMCG industries. At least 3 - 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of modern retail business, promotional planning, category management, and customer purchasing behavior. Proven experience in developing annual trade campaign strategies that drive sales, customer traffic, transaction, basket size, and market share.
