We're looking for an exceptional adviser to join our leadership team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director from a leading Australian public practice accounting firm who is ready to step into a Senior Client Manager role with a genuine pathway to Shareholder and Director. The role will commence on a part-time basis (approximately two days per week), with a planned transition to full-time as the firm continues to grow. About the Role Working directly with the Principal, you'll advise successful privately owned businesses, medical specialists, construction companies and high-net-worth clients on complex Business Advisory, Business Services, Taxation, SMSF and Virtual CFO engagements. You'll lead complex client engagements, mentor a high-performing team, contribute to business development, represent Mizael Partners at industry events and expos, build your professional profile through LinkedIn and social media, and help drive the continued growth of the firm's advisory practice. While the primary focus is Business Advisory, Business Services, Tax, SMSF and Virtual CFO services, experience in medical and construction industries will be highly regarded. What You'll Bring CA or CPA qualification 10+ years' Australian Public Practice experience Current or recent experience as a Senior Manager, Associate Director or Director within a leading Australian public practice accounting firm, with experience in second-tier or mid-tier firms highly regarded Strong technical expertise across Business Advisory, Business Services, Taxation, SMSFs and Virtual CFO services Experience advising privately owned businesses, medical professionals, construction businesses and high-net-worth clients Demonstrated business development capability and the ability to build trusted client relationships Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills Comfortable representing the firm through LinkedIn, social media, networking events, expos and client presentations A genuine ambition to become a Shareholder and Director What We Offer Hybrid working from our Melbourne CBD office Flexible part-time commencement with planned progression to full-time $140,000 to $160,000 FTE plus superannuation (pro rata for part-time) plus performance incentives Structured pathway to Shareholder and Director Premium advisory work with sophisticated clients Opportunity to work in a technology-led firm investing in AI, automation and modern advisory solutions Collaborative, high-performing team where you'll help shape the future of the firm If you're looking for a genuine leadership opportunity where you can help shape the future of a growing advisory firm and ultimately become an owner, we'd love to hear from you.
