The Opportunity We are looking for talented Architects at all levels (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to join our growing Bangkok studio. This is an opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of international projects in an intimate, design-driven environment where your contributions are visible and valued from day one. You will be involved across all project phases — from conceptual design and feasibility studies through to detailed design, documentation, and construction oversight — gaining broad, hands-on experience that larger firms rarely offer at early career stages. What You'll Do Develop architectural and interior design concepts across different project types and scales Produce design presentations, drawings, and visualisations to a high standard Prepare construction documentation and coordinate with consultants and contractors Contribute to feasibility studies, space planning, and master planning exercises Participate in client meetings and presentations Collaborate closely with the founding directors and a small, dedicated project team Support the integration of AI-driven design and documentation workflows into studio practice What We're Looking For Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Minimum 2 years of professional experience (for Junior level); commensurate experience for Mid-Level and Senior candidates Portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibility and technical competence Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit Strong working knowledge of SketchUp Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Familiarity with AI-powered design and productivity workflows is a strong advantage Outstanding 3D visualisation skills (Twinmotion, D5, Enscape, Lumion, or similar) Soft Skills & Attributes Excellent design skills with a refined aesthetic sense Strong presentation and visual communication abilities Good spoken and written English A team player who is also comfortable taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities Proactive, curious, and eager to learn across all aspects of architectural practice Attention to detail and a commitment to quality What We Offer International project exposure — work on projects of varying scale and typology across multiple countries Boutique studio culture — hands-on involvement in every detail of the project, from concept to site, with direct access to the firm's directors Genuine learning environment — a practice that operates as a living laboratory, where creativity is as valued as technical expertise Informal and flexible working environment — hybrid work arrangements supported Multicultural team — collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds across our Singapore, Bangkok, and Milan offices Career development — opportunity to grow your responsibilities and role within a firm that is expanding its regional presence How to Apply Please send the following to careers@enari.co with the subject line "Architect – Bangkok Studio – [Your Name]" : Your CV / résumé A design portfolio — preferably as a link (e.g. Issuu, Behance, personal website, or shared drive); if attaching as PDF, max 10 MB A brief cover letter indicating your level of experience, expected salary, and earliest available start date We review applications on a rolling basis.
