Act as the liaison between customers, sales, and operations to coordinate precision cleaning services for industrial clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, delivery orders and sales documents based on customer requirements and technical inputs from the operations team. Maintain accurate sales records and reports for analysis and forecasting. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service execution. Assist in scheduling and coordinating site visits, sample pickups, and delivery timelines with internal departments. Manage customer complaints or concerns, escalating technical issues to relevant departments for resolution. Coordinate with finance and admin teams to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups. Monitor contract renewals, service level agreements, and pricing structures with regular updates to the team. Provide administrative support to the sales team including meeting arrangements, reports, and documentation. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support/coordinator role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical service industry. Familiarity with industrial cleaning, semiconductor, or precision component industries is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic technical understanding of precision cleaning processes (training will be provided). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of ISO or cleanroom standards. Knowledge of SQL & E-Invoicing will be an advantage. Ability to read and interpret basic technical data or work instructions.
