Responsibilities Responsible for daily import & export operation work Processing air freight documents, following up on orders, liaising with customers, and performing general clerical work, including document archiving, data entry, photocopying, and handling emails. No Need shift duty required (working-hour 09:00-19:00) Requirements : At least 3-4 years air freight forwarder experience for operation. Good command of both spoke/ written English and Mandarin. Able to handle full set documents, direct correspondence with warehouse, customers, agents and subcontractors, work in warehouse for sorting, etc. Good PC knowledge, Cargo Base System. Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility.
