Scope of Responsibilities To empower the digital transformation team by designing, building, and maintaining software modules that automate and optimize daily operational workflows across toll and corporate systems. This role focuses on modernizing daily operations by replacing manual, repetitive routines with smart digital workflows to drive corporate efficiency, heavily leveraging the Microsoft enterprise platform ecosystem . Key Responsibilities: Hybrid Development: Write maintainable code (Python, JS, C#) and assist in building automated background helpers to eliminate high-volume, manual data entry tasks. Low-Code Automation & Ecosystem Management: Develop, configure, and troubleshoot automated workflows and custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform —including Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps—integrated natively with Microsoft SharePoint and corporate databases. Data Transformation: Utilize Power Query and Microsoft Power BI methodologies to clean, shape, and prepare data from various data sources for internal reporting. System Support: Provide first-level troubleshooting for internal platforms including Moji5, Firebox, and enterprise Microsoft 365 / SharePoint environments. Testing & Documentation: Conduct quality checks for workflow stability and maintain clear technical documentation for all automated processes. To always comply with all PROLINTAS ISO Management Systems and legal requirements. Experienced: Fresh graduates with a project portfolio featuring Microsoft tools or digital workflows are encouraged. Foundational experience or academic project exposure in software development, coding fundamentals (Python, JS, C#), or digital process automation. Involvement in academic or internship-level software projects, supporting development lifecycles from concept to deployment. Ability to understand, prepare, and interpret technical flowcharts, system logic, and step-by-step action plans. Strong task prioritization, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple development or support tasks effectively. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional colleagues. Basic familiarity with software testing, debugging methodologies, and quality assurance control. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Microsoft Planner) and task management workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
