Business Development & Strategic Project Assistant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to drive strategic projects and business development initiatives within the OneAXA ecosystem. The role will serve as a key coordinator between AXA General Insurance (AXA GI) and Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance (KTAXA), ensuring effective project execution, stakeholder alignment, and business growth through strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing cross-functional projects, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering business solutions that support organizational objectives. OneAXA Project Management: Act as a project coordinator between AXA GI and KTAXA for all project-related activities. Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals. Facilitate and monitor license examination processes, result and maintain effective communication channels among stakeholders. Participate actively in finding solutions to overcome the existing issues, unlock operation and system barrier to successfully deliver the initiatives. Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities to drive business growth through partnerships with Thailand Post and other emerging partners. Work collaboratively with product and other relevant teams to build compelling business proposal, design insurance solutions, products that meet target customer’s needs. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards in all partnership activities. Lead negotiations and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements. Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timely execution and quality . Regular reports: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, performance, and other relevant metrics, both excel and presentation.
