Business Analyst

Job Description: Analyze business needs and translate the requirements into implementable solutions and support clarification throughout the development lifecycle. Partner with end users to clarify and prioritize business requirements for digital initiatives and enhancement. Gather, analyze and document user requirements and business processes. Act as a liaison between business users and vendor throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful delivery of ETRM system. Work closely with vendor to ensure user requirements are interpreted accurately and delivered as intended. Identify opportunities to drive process optimization and digital transformation within system operations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation review. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Minimum 5 years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT system implementation or digital transformation projects. Strong IT background with sound understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and best practices in technical documentation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to translate complex business processes into clear concise technical specifications.
