Personal Assistant & Office Coordinator (Real Estate) Properties Chiang Mai · Mae Hia, Chiang Mai · Full-time Properties Chiang Mai is a real estate agency moving into a new office in Mae Hia and building up its core team. This role sits at the center of it — part personal assistant to the Director, part office coordinator, part "the one who actually knows where everything is." The honest version of this job This role starts hands-on: assisting the Director, helping look after clients and deals, and organizing the day-to-day of a brand-new office. As the team grows — first media, then agents — your focus shifts to supporting the team and making sure our processes run on time and correctly. To be clear about what this is not: you won't be managing a big staff. Most of our agents are independent and are rarely in the office outside the weekly team meeting. What it is, for the right person, is a genuine path to running daily operations — including confidently holding things together when the Director travels. Responsibility here is earned quickly and given genuinely. Day to day, you'll mostly be in the office: welcoming clients and making them feel looked after until the right person is free, preparing agency and sales agreements and keeping the records clean, gathering supplier quotes (signage, office needs — mostly handled online, with the occasional site visit), and coordinating with our contacts at the Land Offices to support agents when a sale goes through. There's a basic bookkeeping side too: recording expenses, preparing commission invoices and receipts, and keeping agent payout records tidy — organized well enough to hand straight to our accountant for monthly filings and the yearly audit. When we run an open house, the agents lead it and you coordinate it with them. You'll also help organize training days and development for the team. As the team grows, an important part of the role is connecting clients with the right agent — both walk-ins and the many enquiries that come in online — so that clients are always well looked after and the Director can step back from day-to-day sales. You won't be handed a checklist every morning. You'll build the checklists. In a small company, this role isn't just support staff — you would be an integral part of the business. You're probably our person if… Friends and old bosses describe you as "the organized one." You notice what needs doing before anyone asks. You're good with people in person and in writing, in Thai and in confident English. (Chinese is a bonus.) You're happiest when everything around you runs on time and nothing falls through the cracks. Numbers don't scare you — tidy records and receipts are satisfying, not a chore. When something goes wrong, your first move is to fix it, not to explain why it wasn't your job. You're happy to pitch in outside your lane now and then — we're a small team building something, and everyone helps where it's needed. And probably not if… You're expecting to manage a large staff from day one. That's not this role — not yet. You want a fixed, narrow role that never changes. This one grows and shifts as we do. You need constant supervision to stay on track. You find it hard to stay calm, patient, and kind when a day gets busy. That's the standard here, for everyone. What's in it for you You'd be joining at the ground floor, and the people who build this with us are the ones who'll run it later. As the company grows, this role grows with it — from PA and coordinator toward running daily operations — and your pay grows as your responsibility does. Base salary of 18,000–20,000 THB/month depending on experience, plus a performance bonus tied to how the company does, Social Security, and fuel reimbursement for company errands. Requirements: Thai citizen, aged 25–35. Own transport preferred. The practical bits Where: Our office in T. Mae Hia, A. Mueang Chiang Mai, with some errands and appointments around town When: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00. Weekends are yours — both days. (Not common in Thailand. We know.) Holidays: About a week at Songkran, about a week at Christmas/New Year, Mother's Day and Father's Day, plus 5 personal/sick days. Other Thai public holidays are normal working days, handled flexibly.
