Position Summary Develop and execute the distribution strategy for Direct Sales and Individual Broker channels to drive business growth and profitability. Lead business planning, channel development, and strategic partnerships while ensuring effective execution and operational excellence. Foster a high-performance culture and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the company's business objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Individual Broker Management Develop and execute strategies to grow the Individual Broker channel and achieve business targets. Lead the recruitment, training, development, and performance management of Individual Brokers. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual brokers, insurers, and business partners. Direct Sales Drive business growth through Direct Sales by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. Develop insurance solutions for corporate clients in collaboration with insurers, including product development, pricing, and commercial negotiations. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to maximize business performance. Leadership & Business Management Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve business objectives. Oversee business planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in Individual Broker Management, Direct Sales, or Distribution Management. Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance, including Industrial All Risks (IAR), Property, Engineering, Liability, Marine, Motor, and Employee Benefits. Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English.
