Management Trainee (Project)

What You Will Do: •Drive Brand Launches: Work alongside senior team members to plan, coordinate, and execute new projects, playing a key role in developing and launching new brands in our supplement portfolios. •Connect the Dots: Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product Development, and Operations. You will help track critical milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. •Manage Project Lifecycles: Take charge of project documentation and progress tracking. You will synthesize data to prepare regular status reports that keep the management team informed. •Embrace Versatility: Tackle a variety of ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks, adapting quickly to the ever-changing needs of a fast-paced business. Who You Are: •Educated & Driven: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. (Fresh graduates are warmly welcomed!) •Experienced: You ideally have some internship or part-time experience in an office, retail, or FMCG setting. •Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and are comfortable leveraging modern tools, including AI agents, to boost productivity. You also have a basic grasp of administrative and documentation processes. •A Team Player: You possess excellent interpersonal skills, communicate clearly in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), and thrive in a collaborative environment. •Agile & Detail-Oriented: You have a positive, "can-do" attitude. You are proactive, highly responsible, pay attention to the details, and are ready to wear multiple hats in a dynamic workplace.
