Responsibilities: 1) Troubleshooting the issues of those applications and sometime between applications then initiate the problem solving methods. 2) Support the user when they found the issue using those applications. 3) Working closely with the application development team to deliver the quality IT applications to the users. 4) Be a project member of the assigned project that support the operation of the KLN Seaport. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or other related fields. At least 2 years experience in the IT application development. Direct experience in IT Application Support support of of Container, Seaport and Warehouse business would be advantage. Basic knowledge in application programming including Microsoft.NET, C#, Visual Studio, Java. Basic knowledge in the Software Development Life Cycle process and methodologies. Basic knowledge in Container Port, General Cargoes Port and Warehouse business process. Basic knowledge in IT Service Management methodologies.
