Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08.30 - 17.30) Location Sukhumvit 66/1 (Near BTS Udonsuk) Job Purpose To prepare, review, and manage the Company’s contracts and legal documents, handle corporate registration matters, and provide legal advice to support business operations and ensure legal compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Management Draft, review, revise, and negotiate business contracts and legal documents, including lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, supply agreements, and distribution agreements. Provide legal advice to internal departments on contractual terms and related legal issues. Identify legal risks in contracts and recommend practical solutions. Develop and maintain standard contract templates. 2. Corporate Registration Handle corporate registration matters with the Department of Business Development and other relevant authorities, including company changes, amendment of objectives, change of directors, and capital changes. Prepare and maintain registration documents, licenses, permits, and related corporate records. Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure filings and submissions are completed accurately and on time. 3. Legal Advisory Provide legal opinions and advice on matters relating to the Company’s business operations. Review legal correspondence, official notices, and other legal documents from government authorities or external parties. Monitor relevant laws and regulations and summarize key impacts to the business. Support legal matters relating to major business transactions or projects. 4. Regulatory and Corporate Support Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external parties on legal and corporate matters. Support compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the Company, including SET and SEC requirements where relevant. Assist in preparing basic corporate documents and records as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. At least 5 years of relevant legal experience. Strong experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, including contracts in English. Lawyer license is preferred. Good knowledge of contract law, corporate registration, and regulatory matters. Experience in dealing with government authorities. Good command of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure. Positive attitude, flexible, and able to work well in a team.
