Salary: 35,000 - 60,000 THB About the role We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in Electric Powertrain Systems and EV Charging Solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading the full sales cycle while collaborating with technical and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets. Identify and develop new customers, distributors, dealers, and strategic partners. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, EPC contractors, charging operators, system integrators, and government organizations. Present products and technical solutions to customers and business partners. Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support. Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs. What we're looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering, or a related field. 5–10 years of B2B project sales experience in EV charging, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, construction machinery, energy, or electrical equipment. Strong business network with OEMs, fleet operators, EPC contractors, charging operators, utility companies, or related industries. Good command of spoken and written English. Own a personal car and hold a valid driver's license. Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills. Preferred Qualifications MBA is an advantage. Chinese language skills are a plus.
